Have had the unit for over a month now and I am extremelly satisfied and happy with the purchase. The six cell battery is a must, you can get up to 6 hours of operation.
MSI Wind: Money for your bucks
If you are in the market for a 10-inch sub-note, this is for you. It runs on Intel Atom, which makes it a little bit less prone to over heating. It has 2-gigabytes, so switching to Vista is no problem. Currently, only Windows XP is provided. Plus the 160-gigabyte Hard drive (3.5 inch) is more than generous for your music files and those snap shots from your digital camera. I've even heard of persons who have converted their hard drive to the 320-gig models.
It also has three USB ports, a built-in webcam and a card reader. You will have to buy an external optical drive to complete this beauty.
For the downside, you have a battery that quits after two hours and a built in speaker system that is not too good.
A very good deal indeed.
