It Couldn't Be Worse
I have had my laptop less than three months, and the samefailure has occurred twice. I asked for a replacement, but they said it could happen ten times and I still would not be eligible for a replacement. I guess I will know for sure in about 8 months. Buy something else or buy two, becuase it will spend half its time at the repair shop. P.S. Dealing with the service department is one of the worst experiences of my life. How is HP a major brand?

HP are rubbish
After five months trying to get this laptop repaired under guarantee I have finally given up and bought a Toshiba. HP's support is a total Joke. I write this review so that others do not make the same mistake I did.

I would have preferred to not give this product even one star but Amazon do not give me the option.

If you have bought an HP laptop, all I can say is, you had better hope it doesn't go wrong!

Total rubbish

Excellent laptop
Exellent laptop with a dedicated graphics card, twin drives and plenty of memory. I have loaded this laptop up for use with my job, and yet it is an excellent gamer for downtime during business trips.

Plenty of features, full size keyboard with a separate numeric pad.

I highly recommend it.
